We work with international manufacturing partners—many of our items ship directly from overseas. Because of this, we maintain a strict and limited return policy to keep our prices fair and our logistics smooth.
That said, your satisfaction matters, and we encourage you to reach out if anything isn’t right. We’re here to help resolve issues quickly and fairly.
General Return Policy
Due to the international nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or general dissatisfaction.
Returns may only be accepted in rare cases where we request the item back (this is uncommon). Any approved return must meet the following conditions:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return Shipping (If a Return is Requested)
In the rare case we ask for an item to be returned:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations
